Beautiful center city studio near the Art Museum and Rittenhouse Square. Queen size master bed and futon folds out to full size bed. Sleeps four, eats four. Windows all around, parquet floors and balcony. There's a cook's kitchen, but if you prefer to eat out, I will be your guide to the best of west Philadelphia.

The apartment was very clean with nearly floor to ceiling windows giving lots of light. The neighborhood is brownstones near the museums and seemed to be very safe with families and professionals living there. Erik was very accommodating and I enjoyed my stay.

Didn't interact much with Erik but he was very accommodating and informative. Exactly the clean, affordable and centrally located place that we needed to hit up all the tourist hot spots in Philly.

I was in town for the music festival and found Erik's place to be just what was needed! He was very accommodating although we arrived early in the morning. Erik made us feel very welcome. The apartment was 3 blocks from the event and he even let us know where to park. Everything worked out perfectly and I would definitely stay again!

I'm a marketing and technology consultant and I travel a lot. So my apartment is yours to enjoy. I love cooking for family, friends and myself, so you will find professional grade cookware in the apartment (if you're in to that). But if you're dining out instead, you're still in the right place.

You're just seven blocks from Rittenhouse, so if your plan is to eat out - Good for you! I will leave you a guide because Rittenhouse is the best of Phila and I have eaten it all. Trust me on Gran Caffe L'Aquila, Oyster House and Village Whiskey. Plan to hang out at the high rise bar called R2L and don't miss the Rouge in Rittenhouse. If you are new to the east coast, you will find out that there is no difference between NJ Italian restaurants (just over the border) and the food of Italy. I would just say, be careful choosing pizza in Phila because the quality varies. However, the best of every type of food is just few blocks away and I will be your guide.
