This apartment is really outstanding. One of the best 2 double bedroom apartments is ideally suited for a family with children or group of 4+² persons. With its 60 m² area, fully furnished, it is very clean, roomy and full of charm and with all day sun-light. It is centrally located in the old part of Colmar. Restaurants, bars, museums, railway station within 10 minutes walking distance. In fact, the house in which this apartment is located is the old " Chancellerie Imperiale de la Ville de Colmar" built in the 17th Century and it is one of the important historical buildings of Colmar.
There is possibility of parking your personal car in the courty and to load and unload your car. You can also park your car inside the courtyard subject to availability of a free place. Bread, cheese, meat, vegetables and fruit can be purchased in the wonderful covered market across the street. Their is a small grocery store within walking distance (2 min.) and Colmar has several super-stores within a reach of 5-15 minutes (by car).
The apartment is very roomy and is equipped with all necessary equipment (microwave, dishwasher, clothes washer / dryer,electric iron, extra pillows and blankets, dishes for 12 and cooking utensils). The apartment has an electrical induction / vitro ceramic cooking plate in place.
There is Wi-Fi in the apartment. The apartment has a large living room with a nice LCD TV (plenty of French and German stations).
If you need to be picked up by us from the Airport or from the Railway station, please speak to us at the time of reservation and we offer you this service on no prifit no loss beasis.

Please keep the flat clean and tidy. Please do not smoke inside the flat-it is forbiden. please do not use towels or bed sheets for dusting, demake-up or cleaning wash basins or shoes-cleaning. Please open the windows for 2-3 minutes everyday. Please inform us without asking, if something is broken or damaged during your stay; please be attentive on briefing and first introduction visit of the flat. Please follow recycling instructions for garbage, glass and plastic bottles.

We do manage arrivals and departures on odd times, if you have to take flight and train.....;
