This gorgeous 1800 sqft single-storey getaway is a fully upgraded 4Bed 2Bath house perfectly located close to the beach in the heart of Laguna Niguel. Relax in your quiet private backyard while enjoying ocean breezes and scenic hilltop views.
This lovely Laguna Niguel house less than 5 miles (10-min drive) from the ocean and world renowned Ritz Carlton and Montage resorts where you can experience the great public beaches, restaurants, shops and parks with tennis court and golf course. Due to our convenient location which is halfway between Los Angeles and San Diego, both north Orange County / LA attractions (Disneyland, Universal Studios Hollywood, Knott's Berry Farm) and San Diego attractions (SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, La Jolla) are only an hour drive away.
House features a big living area, gourmet kitchen, formal dining area, green secluded backyard with outdoor BBQ grill, and 2-car garage.
Once you get home after a full day outdoors, you can enjoy the all hardwood slate Pool Table at the house, or relax in the beautiful backyard with scenic hilltop views and enjoy the outdoor gas BBQ grill. This house has a total of 7 beds: King bed(sleeps 2), First Queen bed(sleeps 2), Second Queen bed(sleeps 2), Two twin beds (sleeps 2), Two sofa sleepers each sleeps 1-2 adult or 2 kids. So this house can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.
This house is totally remodeled to include a spacious and fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and top of the line appliances and cooking utensils that you can use to prepare your own meal if you wish. Un-approved visitors or undisclosed guests not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination w/o refund and/or a charge of $50/day per each guest or temporary visitor.
