The space

The Pine Beach Cabin is clean and comfortable --perfect for relaxing.

Cable television is in the main room as well as the Queen Bedroom. Wireless internet is available throughout.

The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and a full bathroom. The bed has a memory foam mattress topper --super comfy! This room features a TV with cable and roku player with netflix. A huge closet & a dresser offer plenty of space. An alarm clock is in the bedroom and a hairdryer is provided in the bathroom.

The second bedroom has a king-size bed, a closet and a private 1/2 bath. An alarm clock is in the bedroom and a hairdryer is provided in the bathroom.

The 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds, perfect for a 'kids room' or an overflow of adults. There is a television with a DVD player in this room.

The main room has a great vintage wood burning fireplace, so cozy. There are 2 couches, one that turns into a comfortable queen-size sleeper. Cable television and a DVD/VHS player is in this room.

The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a new stove/oven, new refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, serving ware, basic spices, etc… A separate dining area has seating for 8.

The outdoor patio has BBQ grill, wrought iron table/chairs and spectacular lake & mountain views. It's great for outdoor dining or just sitting back and enjoying the view. From the patio, you can walk up the hill on the steps that are built into the hillside. In the warmer months there are a couple of Adirondack chairs up there and it's a wonderful place to enjoy the views and have an evening glass of wine or morning cup of coffee.

There's an assortment of movies, games, puzzles, children's toys and books to enjoy.

A washer and dryer are available for your use. Detergent, stain remover and fabric softener are provided. *Please note, from about November - March the washing machine is disconnected. I've had problems with the drain line freezing and found it best to disconnect it during the winter.

Off-street parking for up to five vehicles.

Lake access for your small kayak or boat is allowed for the Pine Beach subdivision.

Great mountain house with lots of amenities. While it was only 2 of us and a small child, the house could have accommodated many more. Two nice large bedrooms plus a room with bunk beds for the kiddos if you're traveling with a larger family or friends. Lots of games, movies, books etc to entertain everyone on a rainy day, otherwise easy access to the nearby lakes, trails etc. Partial lake views. Nice fire pit out front. Great spot.

Terrific location for hiking, water activities and shopping. The house was plenty of space for our family. The kids loves the "secret bathroom". Although it didn't rain, it was nice to have movies, books, etc. available. Kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, etc. Super easy to book, work with, and find.

About Pamela

Hello, I'm Pam. My husband Daniel, our daughter Racine and I live in Denver. Over the years, we have fallen in love with the Grand Lake area. We are beyond thrilled to own a cabin here and excited to share it with others. I grew up in Chicago and Daniel hails from Santa Fe, New Mexico. We both have a passion for vintage cars and scooters. We had the fortune of meeting at a vintage scooter rally in 1996. Daniel can fix anything and I have an obsession with organization, order and tidiness. Hopefully this will prove to be great talents for owning a vacation rental.
