Walk to the bay, fish on the pier and watch shore birds dive for a snack. Experience fresh Gulf Coast Seafood, cooked or uncooked in Seabrook's famous home-owned restaurants and seafood markets. We take extra care to steam sanitize the linens and towels between each new guest stay.
This is a private apartment built in 2008 with private access that is connected to our home. The space is fully furnished with free Wi-Fi, 35" cable TV, fresh sheets and towels. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, induction cook-top and stocked with plates, cups and silverware. We provide cooking utensils to do simple cooking with the microwave and a heavy skillet, stainless steel pot with a lid and a tea pot for the induction cook top. One parking space is also included in the price. Air mattress is available for third person.
Private neighborhood park and pier on Galveston Bay within view of the apartment. Driveway parking in front of apartment for 1 vehicle. No access to backyard. Access to the apartment is on the side on the house.
Interaction with guests
My husband and I are long time residents of Seabrook. I am known for my photography of the area and I have written books on the history of Seabrook and the Clear Lake Area. I own a retail gallery and picture framing store in the area. We will kindly direct you to the known and unknown sites in the area and are available most days to answer your questions.
