A delightful traditional croft enjoying spectacular views over open countryside in the heart of whisky country on the Glenlivet Crown Estate.

Mountain biking, golf, fishing, shooting, skiing and walking nearby. Loads of whisky distilleries on your doorstep.

The perfect place for a country retreat.

Please note this is a rural location. 15 minutes drive from the nearest town so a car is pretty much essential.

Al fresco dining in the summer on the patio or in the garden for a BBQ.

In the winter, shut the doors, get the fire on and chill out with a good book or film with a glass of red wine or a wee dram of the local whisky.

Local pub within walking distance (4 minute walk) open during high season (March-October approx).
