Our fully stocked kitchen is beautifully appointed with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Keurig and regular drip coffeemakers - Your choice! There's plenty of cookware, blender, mixer, and crock-pot too. You will find lots of dishes and glasses - sets of BOTH glass and plastic dishware for the littles!

WELCOME LETTER:
We will email your Welcome Letter with our rental agreement, codes, Calypso rules and regulations, and everything you'll need to know for a wonderful stay.

CHECK IN:
Park right outside Calypso for up to 15 minutes to load/unload.
FREE VIP RESERVED BEACHSIDE PARKING for one vehicle

If you need a second parking pass, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements for you to purchase an additional parking pass from the HOA for $60

KEYLESS ENTRY:
You will be given a secure passcode to enter.

WRISTBANDS:
Calypso wristbands are provided for your stay, and must be worn while at the pool or common areas of Calypso. The wristbands are hanging on the Rack on the right as you enter the condo. To avoid a $50 replacement charge, please leave these wristbands on the rack when you check out.

FREE BEACH SETUPS:
Check in with the Beach Service Vendor to choose the location of your beach chair/umbrella setups. We have pre-paid for you! This service is provided from March thru October, depending on weather. You deserve this luxury!

DEPARTURE INFORMATION:
Detailed Check-out instructions will be provided by email prior to check-in. Have a safe trip home, and come visit again soon!

NOTE: OUR RATES ARE FREQUENTLY ADJUSTED AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL YOUR BOOKING IS CONFIRMED. We request a copy of your Driver's License be provided, along with the completed Rental Agreement. Our Calypso HOA requires that guests be at least 25 years of age, or with parents.

We have bunks with a FULL size bed below and TWIN upper, so our condo can actually sleep 9, but our maximum occupancy must be posted as 8 due to Calypso fire codes.

Calypso is the ONLY condo where you can truly WALK to Pier Park, and being on the ground floor is an added bonus. Fly into the Panama City Beach airport (ECP) and you won't even need a car! $20 will get you from the airport to Calypso!

Relax and enjoy FIRST FLOOR convenience with an expansive ocean view! Just steps from the pool! You will love the oversized balcony which overlooks the ocean and one of two wonderful 172' free-form pools (one heated to 80+ degrees!). You have complete balcony access and ocean views from both the living room and master suite! You don't even have to get out of bed to see and enjoy the ocean! Let the sounds of the waves lull you to sleep!
You will not find a better view from your condo or balcony than Calypso first floor! Fabulous view of the pool and ocean.

No worries about privacy, Calypso 'ropes off' the pool areas afer 10PM. You CANNOT see in the unit during the daytime (We've tried!). All you will see is the reflection of the palm trees and ocean shining back at you:) When closed, our custom draperies are very room darkening. The only problem is you may sleep too late to get up with the sun. The dolphins are most active in the morning!

FIRST FLOOR FLIP FLOPS is newly redecorated to give you a beach cottage feel and absolute luxury! We can accomodate nine, with king-size bed in the master suite, queen-size bed in the front bedroom on the left, bunk beds (FULL bed on lower bunk, twin on top) in the front bedroom on the right, and a new queen sleeper sofa with upgraded gel mattress.

Because your comfort is important to us, our fully equipped kitchen (granite countertops, of course) is stocked with all luxuries of home. Prepare your favorite dish, or blend yourself a Margarita at the wet-bar before heading off to Margaritaville, a few FLIP FLOPS away!

Mom says she is on vacation and doesn't plan to cook much? No problem! There are many great restaurants in walking distance and a great carryout called Fatty's, is just across the street. We have menus in the condo, and often run across the street for carryouts to enjoy on the patio at sunset! Can't miss sunset!!!

Our unit offers a separate laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. Being able to close the laundry room door means no laundry noise to interrupt your quiet time in the evenings :)

We have also installed extra storage cabinets - in the laundry room and above the wet bar - for your use.

CALYPSO WEST 104 CONVENIENCE - You will appreciate the easy access to our FIRST FLOOR CONDO for loading and unloading. There is 15 minute parking right outside your door! We are just a few short 'flip-flops' from the pool and the beach. No steps! Leave your frustrations behind! ZERO time waiting on elevators = MAXIMIZED BEACH TIME!!!

Sorry, we do not allow pets. One of our family members is highly allergic so please be considerate and find another condo if you cannot travel without your pet.

Our spot is right by the middle elevator / stairs, and the luggage carts, which you won't need if you take advantage of the 15 minute parking right out front our your first floor condo!

The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" . The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund any unused portion of rent. No refunds will be given for any other reason, including red flag water conditions.
