The End Cleaning fee does not include:

___ The mid cleaning is at 14€+VAT/hour, with a min. of 3hours per visit, you may refuse the mid cleaning completely for maintaining your privacy.

(for babies counted in this BASIC GROUP SIZE of 6 guests: cots & high chairs are free of charge) _______WHEN MORE THAN 6 guests: 2 additional beds can be requested only for children under 12 years at the rate of 15€/night per extra bed AND additional baby cots can be requested only for infants below 2 years at the rate of 4€/night and high chairs at 2,5€/night.
# BALEARIC LAW DECRETO LEY 2/2016:
From 1-May till 31-October: Tourist Tax of 1€/day/person>16 years of age for day 1 till 8.
Thereafter from day 9 it is 0,50€/day/person>16 years of age.
From 1-November till 30-April: Tourist Tax of 0,50€/day/person>16 years of age for day 1 till 8.
Thereafter from day 9 it is 0,25€/day/person>16 years of age.
The amount of tourist tax will depend on the number of people staying at the property including the permitted guests. Therefore, the Balearic government decided that this tax is to be paid upon arrival by the Tenant(s).
