The space
This well-appointed home is the perfect choice for families or groups who want to forego a separate hotel situation. The beauty of this home is that the living areas are large enough for an entire group to enjoy each other. Or if you need space from the group for a bit, the bedrooms are a spacious retreat in their own right.

Let’s tour the space:
You’ll be greeted by a entry hall that leads to the main living room, dining room, and kitchen.
Looking for a little privacy? Head through the dining room and you'll find the first master suite, complete with a king-sized bed and a large, luxurious bathroom. And don't worry about fighting over the TV - each bedroom in the home has its own television, so everyone can enjoy their favorite shows in peace.
Speaking of the kitchen, it's fully stocked with everything you need to make a family-sized meal, from nice appliances to pots and pans, utensils, and small appliances like a coffee pot, Keurig, espresso machine, blender, slow cooker, and toaster.
Just through the kitchen, you'll find a full-size washer and dryer conveniently tucked away in their own little cove. And on the other side of the kitchen, there's a second living room.
In the south wing of the home, you'll find the second master suite, complete with a king bed and attached bathroom. And for the kids or additional guests, there are two more bedrooms that share a bathroom - one with a queen bed, and the other with a twin bunk bed. There is a pack n play and two floor mattresses stored in a closet that can be moved anywhere in the house.
Don’t stop upstairs! In the massive third and fourth living areas, you will find even more area for your group to create memories. Comfortable sofas, additional dining/game table, ping pong table, dart board and space to run.
On the far end of the basement, you’ll find the fourth full size bathroom and the fifth bedroom! This bedroom has 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds.
The basement also houses a pullout sofa and plenty of floor space if you’d like to bring the floor mattresses downstairs.
Another quality that sets our property apart is our cleaning approach. The host meticulously oversees the home between each set of guests. Host manages all laundry and prepares the space for the next guests. For the cleaning, we employ the expertise of a professional cleaning crew. Collaborating in this manner not only upholds impeccable cleaning standards but also keeps cleaning expenses surprisingly affordable for such a spacious home.
Guest access
When you book this property, you'll have access to the entire house and yard, giving you plenty of space to relax and unwind with your family or group. And with a driveway that can easily hold up to six cars, as well as additional free street parking, you'll never have to worry about finding a place to park.
For the safety of our guests and property, there is camera on the front doorbell and a camera at the basement entrance. There are no recording devices of any kind inside the home.
Please note that there are two locked closets that hold cleaning supplies and extra linens, ensuring that your stay in this beautiful home is always clean and comfortable.
Other things to note
Our spacious and comfortable accommodations are perfect for reunions of friends and loved ones.
However, please note that our property is not suitable for hosting parties. (Different than a large group gathering, which we do invite.) We prioritize the safety and well-being of our guests and neighbors, and do not allow loud or disruptive behavior. We ask that you respect our policy and refrain from booking with us if you plan to host a party.
