Camps Bay and V&A Waterfront are also accessible via the iconic Chapmans Peak. Topaz Gem is easy going & chilled, perfect for family or friends visiting Cape Town.

The space
A 1000 m2 erf property consisting of a 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathroom’s family home with a large back garden for kids to enjoy and a front patio outdoor dining area perfect for sundowners and summertime family dinners. Ideally can accommodate 2 adults and 2 or 3 children. The main bedroom has a king bed with full en-suite bathroom and a cot can be arranged in this room in need. The second bedroom is currently setup with 2 x single beds for 2 children. One of the single beds does have a pullout bed and therefore can accommodate a 3rd child in need. The second bathroom is standalone.

Secure parking for 2 cars available in the driveway and carport. Parking is also safe on the street if required. Double garage will be locked and not be available for guest use.
