In Glasgow's vibrant West End close to the city center. Superbly located next to Kelvingrove Art Gallery; with bus, subway and train services all within close proximity. Beautifully decorated with large rooms offering plenty of space.

The space
This is a top floor flat in a 3 story traditional sandstone building so iconic of Glasgow's city center and west end.

There is a large living room with bay windows. The living room also has 2 sofas, a chair and a 42" flat screen TV (with HDMI cable available to connect to a laptop if you have one.) You will also have full access to Netflix on TV.

The Kitchen is spacious and has a dinning table that sits 6 people. There is gas hobs and an electric oven and also a: microwave, coffee press and washing machine and dryer.

The bedrooms have one King size bed (with a brand new mattress) and one double bed with plenty of storage space.

A small office space with comfy chair and nice desk.

Bathroom has shower and bath.

Guest access
Access to all rooms. There will be a couple of cupboards that are locked and not to be used.

Other things to note
Please respect my neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum at night time, I like people to enjoy their stay but my flat is not suitable for parties or loud music at night.

Parking is free all day at weekends and between 6pm to 8am weekdays. There is cheaper car park 1 minute from the flat that costs about £10 for the whole day.

There is no elevator, stairs only.

The flat will be stocked with: teas (including herbal), coffee, sugar, butter, cooking oil, salt, pepper, herbs/spices, porridge, marmalade, jam, honey, cereal and biscuits.

I also have some board-games in the flat, which I'm happy for you to play - as long as there are no serious injures caused or relationships ruined over the Monopoly or Risk boards ;)

I was born in Glasgow but grew up in the not too far away Highlands. I have been living back in Glasgow for the past 15 years and have been steadily improving my knowledge of whisky ever since. Glasgow has been very kind to me and I love it more than any other city. But I like to travel about the world when I can and looking for clues to puzzles wrapped in enigmas.
