The farm is very close to Thornton Gap, an entrance to Shenandoah National Park and Skyline Drive.
From the farm there is quick access to many of the noted hiking trails in the park, most notably, Old Rag Mountain and White Oak Canyon
Luray Caverns, a national landmark, is just over Thornton Gap. A bit further on is the Shenandoah River where there are river outfitters for rafting and canoeing.

There is a $25 pet fee for each pet. Pets must be house trained and are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Please notify me in advance if you are bringing a pet.
