The neighbourhood is quiet and well connected to the town center with public transport (bus). If you choose to walk, you will reach the town center (Diocletian's Palace) in 15 minutes. Joker shopping mall and Bačvice sand beach are also a 15-minute walk from the apartment.

Close to the apartment there are a well supplied green market, a supermarket, a post office, a pharmacy.
