My wife and I are retired schoolteachers. We travel 3-4 months p/year. Barcelona is our favorite city to visit. We have spent the last 13 winters there. We split the rest of the year between Chicago, San Diego and Door County. I have owned our Ephraim house since we built it in 1985. Wine and travel are my hobbies. I have lead tours to Europe. We enjoy getting to know all sorts of people.

During your stay
We are world travelers in the off season and enjoy sharing stories with our guests. Our Norwegian family came to Door County in 1888. As summer residents of Ephraim all of our lives we are a wealth of info about Door County. We were married in historic Boynton Chapel in Bailey's Harbor and had a Door County fish boil wedding reception.
