The upstairs living area contains the family room/living room, galley kitchen, 2 bedrooms & a full bathroom located on the second floor. There is also a newly remodeled bedroom off of the entryway foyer on the first floor.
The master bedroom provides a new Seta iComfort plush top king bed, 2 nightstands & lamps, a large closet & dresser bureau.
The guest bedroom provides a new Beautyrest queen bed along with a night stand, lamp, and dresser bureau.
The spacious and newly remodeled first floor bedroom provides accommodations for 2 Guests with a new full sized Beautyrest bed along with a new Serta Perfect Sleeper Brindale twin bed. There are also 2 nightstands, lamps, and a bureau.
Each bedroom provides accommodations for 2 Guests each or a maximum total of 6 Guests.
Beautiful galley kitchen with custom cabinetry throughout. A propane gas stove/electric oven, full size fridge, and deluxe Bosch dishwasher. Toaster, blender, burr coffee grinder, 10 cup coffee maker, electric tea kettle, plates, glasses, silverware and are all provided.
Fresh Columbian Coffee beans, various English and herbal teas, & numerous condiments are provided for the use of our Guests.
The cabin is located adjacent to Barlow Creek which runs the length of the property from North to South. Aspen groves line the banks of the creek along the property providing beauty and privacy. There are small ponds just off the creek and adjacent to the property providing a shaded area to picnic or relax.
Wildlife - deer, moose, grouse, hawks, eagles are all frequent visitors to the area.
There is a strong well that provides delicious and clean mountain water.
An in floor raidant heating system allows for comfortable heating of the home in the winter months.
A ductless mini-split air conditioning system keeps you cool in the summer when needed. Normally it cools down enough in the evenings during the summer months so air conditioning is seldom needed.
Ceiling fan in family room/living room. Lighted ceiling fans are provided in each upstairs bedroom.
A tankless on-demand water heater provides unlimited hot water.
Stacked washer and dryer are available in the utility room off the garage to do laundry.
Deluxe 4 burner propane grill provided for grilling outside during the warmer months.
Direc TV satellite television and numerous channels is provided.
A telephone landline is provided.
Access to the cabin, and the 7.5 acre property provided.
Interaction with guests
Keys to the cabin are contained in a lock box inside the garage. There is a coded keypad outside the garage allowing for entry/access into the garage. I can be reached at any time day or night via the landline. The property caretaker is down the road and can be reached in the event of an immediate emergency.
Other things to note
Check-in time 3:00. Check-out is 11:00 a.m. Guests are welcome to check-in anytime after 3:00 p.m. on the day of their arrival. We request that you check-out by 11:00 a.m. on the day of your departure.
Once you book your stay you are provided a " House Manual" with specific information about the home/property/area that I have compiled. This includes among other things instructions as to how to easily operate the radiant heating, air conditioning, top down/bottom up blinds, where to find things in the cabin, how to get to the ponds/creek, etc. This is designed to give you a heads up prior to your arrival so that you don't waste any time during your stay having to figure anything out. There is also a copy of this at the cabin in the event that you do not have time to review it before your arrival.
You must be at least 25 years old to book the cabin.
This is our family cabin and we would ask that you please treat the cabin as if this were your own cabin or home.
No parties or events allowed.
Comforters, linens, towels not allowed outside of the home.
Dirty/muddy/snowy shoes or boots should remain in the garage or entryway foyer.
Please turn off the air conditioning when you are away from the cabin to conserve energy.
No smoking allowed inside any portion of the home or the garage and smoking is completely prohibited if fire restrictions are in effect.
No campfires, open pit fires allowed on the property.
No firearm discharge allowed on the property.
