Well positioned three-bedroom apartment, sleeps 6. Situated on the first floor featuring 2 balconies, one with BBQ. The apartment enjoys a beautiful easterly breeze, which is a welcome relief after a hot summers day.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, and ensuite. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds. Ensuite consists of shower, vanity and toilet; main bathroom has bath, shower and vanity, with a separate toilet. Lounge/Dinning has flat screen TV, DVD/Blue-Ray, Dinning Table with 6 Chairs. Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher. Internal laundry includes washer and dryer. Bed Linen, bath and beach towels supplied. Parking available at rear of property.
Coogee beach is one of Sydney's iconic landmarks and is linked with other beautiful beaches, which you can enjoy by taking the coastal walk to world famous Bondi beach. Public transport outside your door will take you on a 25-minute bus ride to Sydney's CBD, Harbour Bridge and Opera House, or just 15-minute bus ride to Randwick racecourse.
Coogee beach cafe's, bars and restaurants are all within a 15 minute walk, we are also just a 10 minute walk to The Spot, Randwick which hosts a cinema as well as a variety of restaurants and wine bars. Westfield's shopping mall is a 15-minute bus ride where you can find local and high-end shops catering for all.
Our apartment is ideal for families; there are plenty of toys and games available to keep young children entertained and Bangor Park Playground is outside the door.

Also as we are in a shared blocks of units the strata rules are no pets.
There are also to be no late night parties that disturb the neighbours. Please keep noise to a minimum.

Hello! Steve and I are busy working parents with a sporty daughter and cheeky son to keep us on our toes!
We are opening up our family home during school holidays for visitors to enjoy whilst they visit the beautiful surroundings of Coogee beach. We ourselves appreciate how nice it is to be able to stay in a home away from home rather than the confines of a hotel room, especially if you have young kids running around!
