Cairneyhill is a traditional Victorian house in a quiet road near the centre of town. Comfortable king size bed in a spacious room. En-suite bathroom with views over the garden. There's a shower over the bath. Lovely views over the town and hills from both windows. Tea, coffee and herbal teas. Help yourself to breakfast at whatever time suits you - orange juice, a choice of cereals, fruit, croissants, butter and preserves.

Your bedroom is upstairs on the first floor with an ensuite bathroom. Help yourself to breakfast from the selection on the landing. You are welcome to explore the large garden. There's a picnic table at the top with great views.

The house is just a couple of minutes walk to all that Pitlochry has to offer. There are lots of lovely walks and cycle routes nearby. Bike hire and boat hire available locally. More than a dozen places to eat in the town. Pitlochry Festival Theatre is within walking distance with a variety of plays from May to October, a winter show and the Winter Words festival in February. The Enchanted Forest is on during the whole of October. Interesting day trips in all directions such as Cairngorms, Royal Deeside, Blair Castle, the Crannog at Kenmore, Highland Folk Museum, various distilleries etc etc.
The station is just a few minutes walk away, with trains to Inverness, Glasgow, Edinburgh and London. We have a sleeper service to and from London. The bus stop is even closer with regular local and long distance services. Plenty of lovely walks from the house. Car not necessary.
Other things to note
There's parking in the driveway and storage space for bikes. Please feel free to explore the garden but bear in mind that some of the paths might be slippery. The bedroom is on the first floor and the ceiling on the stairs is very low. Tall people please be warned!
If you smoke, there are plenty of places to sit in the garden. No smoking in the house please.
