Welcome to our little house! It is part of a Manor from the 16th century. It is small but confortable for 2-3 persons. The bedroom and bathroom/toilet are upstairs.
The house opens on a large terrace and garden. A pond offers a romantic view.

The space

The house is unique as it has belonged to our family for more than a century now. We love the place and its viciny, in calm surroundings (fields belonging to the hostess circle it) and would be happy to let you see more of Normandy.

Guest access

Easy access from the Motorway (A 13 exit Dozulé/Cabourg) , or by train in Caen, or by plane in Carpiquet airport.

Interaction with guests

We love our mansion and region and would be quite happy to help you.

Cute little house, full of charm downstairs - upstairs more camping-like, and tiny. The house is a part of a farm, situated 10 meters from the main house. You have your own garden and a lovely terrace with comfortable furniture - but not total privacy. The dog, Tequila, visited us every day - very cozy! Valerie is a friendly and helpful host and the house has a good location in relation to the tourist attractions in Normandy.

We loved staying in Valeries little house. It's cosy, but big enough for two adults, perfect for couples. Valerie is very kind and so are all the animals that wonder around freely. We loved our new friend Tequila, a very friendly labrador. The cat and three shy goats will also come and visit your garden! The house is very clean and everything you need is there. Downstairs a rather large kitchen and cosy living room with a third bed, perfect for relaxing and watching a movie and/or enjoying the big fireplace in the winter. Upstairs a small bedroom and bathroom, but not too small. The garden has a lot of privacy and you're in a very calm and quiet, beautiful area, just outside of a small village. But the house is on the same ground as Valerie's house and her uncle's, so you're not alone. The house is a perfect location for exploring the area, a week was almost not enough. It's close to the D-Day beaches and important memorials, a lot of charming cities and don't forget the route du cidre. We recommend the Manoir the Grandouet! Just up the road is a goatfarm that produces amazing cheeses, it's called Skorupa. I have a feeling we might visit again!
