Guests say this area is peaceful and it’s easy to get around.
Sun rolls into this bedroom suite with windows on three sides. Large living room with radiant heat (nothing like a warm floor!) A sofa-bed with chaise, reading lamp and work/ eating table complete the room. A kitchenette along the wall includes fridge/ freezer, hot water pot, coffee pot, microwave & dishes.

The closet fits the queen size bed just right! And has hanging space & cubbies for storage.
Modern bathroom with large shower.
Private entrance via shared utility hallway ensures privacy.

Three story traditional San Francisco row house.
First floor is the garage with the AirBnB suite in the back looking out towards the backyard (home owner access - please request use if desired.)
Second floor is my unit where I live with my 10 year old son.
Third floor is my dad.

The heart of the inner sunset- we’re just blocks from the 9th Avenue entrance to Golden Gate Park including the arboretum, Cal Academy of Sciences, and the DeYoung.
All the fun restaurants and shops are in the same area.
A grocery store is 2 blocks.
The N Judah MUNI stop is one block away.
Kids playgrounds, great bike rides, walks are all very local.
Sunset on Ocean Beach is a quick MUNI ride or a 30 block walk....

Mom to a super cool 12 year old. I work full time and he’s at school during the day. Our weekends are full of activities and outings. Some favorites are walking to the Academy of Sciences at Golden Gate Park a few blocks away or jumping on MUNI (just steps from our door!) and going downtown or to the Embarcadero for exploring.
