Make your trip incredible with this beautiful, huge, 2,500 sq-ft, 10+ room, private townhouse in a quiet, safe, family-friendly area. With full kitchen, living room, loft, and play room, there is something for everyone. Walking distance to BYU and much more. We can rent a maximum of once per month (zoning restriction).

Unlike many properties on Airbnb this townhouse is NOT shared with us. You will have it all to yourself and be able to enjoy the complete, 2,500 sq-ft townhouse.

Recently updated. Three separate living spaces. 3 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. Each large bedroom has a large screen TV and close access to it's own full bathroom.

Main level Master Bedroom includes a queen bed with private access to the patio and a large screen TV with Netflix. The second Master Bedroom upstairs is similarly equipped with a queen bed, large screen TV and Netflix. Downstairs there are two XL Twin beds in the 3rd bedroom (which can be converted into a king bed upon request). This bedroom also has a large screen TV and Netflix.

Each bedroom has privacy on it's own level with a full bathroom adjacent to it and some gathering space.

A large comfortable loft area is upstairs. Perfect for group entertainment watching the large screen TV with Blu-ray DVD and Netflix or quietly snuggling up with a book.

Downstairs there is a large play room with a large screen TV with XBOX and Netflix plus a variety of fun games.

Strictly No smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes or vaping).

You will have access to the complete townhouse. Outdoor amenities include: Private back patio/BBQ area, upstairs deck, 2 parking spaces (one covered).

HOA restriction to a single family or 2 individuals. 6 guests maximum.

This townhouse is furnished with all the necessary amenities and appliances needed to make your stay an exciting and comfortable vacation away from home. These include: 5 large screen TVs each with Netflix, Free Fiber wireless internet, wireless printer which supports smartphone printing, crock-pot, mixer, blender, toaster, microwave, BBQ grill, and Wii with multiple remotes and balance board.

Also note there are 2 queen and 2 XL twin beds for a total beds for 6. There is also a portable crib and air mattresses available for children.

Neighbourhood highlights

This quiet, safe neighborhood is super close to everything. Walking distance (less than 1 mile) to: BYU stadium and BYU campus, Provo Temple, Fishing (Provo River), community parks, Walmart, many fine restaurants (Olive Garden, etc.).

Less than 2 miles to Rock Climbing at Rock Canyon. Also, less than 2 miles to much more: University Mall with shopping, many restaurants (PF Chang's, Texas Roadhouse, Iggy's, etc.), and Cinemark movies, family fun at Provo Req Center, and the Provo Community Library.

Less than 3 miles to the always popular Seven Peaks Water Park and Provo City shopping district and Provo City Center Temple.

The Shops at Riverwoods is also less than 3 miles away with shopping, Carmike movies, and a number of restaurants (Like Rodizo Grill, Kneaders, Bajo, Happy Sumo, Olive Garden, and more). It is less than 4 miles to UVU.

If you love the Utah outdoors, you will be about a mile from Rock Canyon with beautiful hiking and famous rock climbing and less than 4 miles to the mouth of Provo Canyon, with biking, hiking, fishing, Bridal Veil Falls, and so much more.

Skiing is just 13 miles away at Sundance Resort. Boating, water skiing, jet skiing, fishing is just 6 miles at Utah Lake or 15 miles at Deer Creek Reservoir with power equipment rentals.
