The apartment of about 60 square meters, is located on the third floor, and is the result of a modern and dynamic conception of space.
The renovations works in the flat has been completed in March 2015.
The flat is divided into two rooms: the large living area with the kitchen and living room with table, TV and a double sofa bed.
The bedroom has a very large wardrobe, a double bed and a small desk.
Many are the design details that make the apartment an exclusive place for a comfortable stay in Palermo.
The kitchen island, is equipped with all the amenities, the bathroom includes a shower with hydro massage, color therapy, turkish bath and sauna.
And, last but not least... the natural stone floor of Brera.
The apartment is also equipped with free wifi Internet access.
No smoking and no pet allowed in the apartment.
Guests are asked to respect the hours of rest, avoiding loud noises and loud music during the night.
