Great location! Come enjoy this charming 3-bedroom home nestled in the trendy Fremont neighborhood. This is one of the best parts of town. You can walk less than a block to find great parks, coffee shops, bars and much more!
Our charming home has all the amenities and more. With three bedrooms, four beds, 2 couches and a great backyard patio this space is well equipped to accommodate a large group of 8 without losing its charm for a quick weekend trip for two.
We are happy to have you and excited you get to enjoy our space as we have, we just ask that you respect the space as if it was your own.
You have access to the entire home! We have a basement with private access that we do keep off limits, but we ensure you this takes nothing away from the experience.
Interaction with guests
We will be in the same town, either doing something outdoors or drinking some craft beer! We will let you have your space, however if there is anything that you ever need do not hesitate to get a hold of us.

We are just blocks away from the bustling streets of Williams, MLK, Alberta, and Mississippi and about a 5 minute drive from the Moda Center and Downtown Portland.
The NEPO neighborhood is peaceful and full of charming Portland homes. We are walking distance to Irving Park, which includes basketball courts, tennis, dog walking, playground and much more. Enjoy the organic food scene with walking distance to New Seasons and Whole Foods.
Alberta Arts Area
- 20 blocks of shops, restaurants, galleries, bars, food carts, etc with the Portland flair that locals and visitors love.
- On the last Thursday of every month Alberta Street is blocked off and Last Thursday occurs. Here street artists perform, including fire juggling/dancing/whooping, artists from children to established professionals to travelers vend their crafts, and sometimes thousands of Portlanders come out to experience it all.

Again there is no private driveway, only street parking. Anything you may need is in walking distance, however if you do need to get around we are very close to bus stops and we always suggest using uber!
Other things to note
We do not allow smoking in the house, however we have no problem with smoking out on the back patio.
We do not have a private drive way, but there is a lot of street parking near our home.
We just ask that you treat our home like it is yours. Be respectful to our furniture and property as well as the neighbors. We want you to have the best time and experience, this should feel like your home away from home. We ask that smoking is done outside. Pets are allowed and welcome, again just be respectful of the space.
Checkout is at 11:00 am and a cleaner will be at the house promptly after. If you aren't checked out by 11:00 am and have not received prior authorization, a $50 fee may be charged to your deposit.

I'm from Portland! I love the outdoors and drinking craft beer. We have a great space in the heart of NE Portland, great bars and restaurants right in walking distance. We also have a charming location in SE Portland, close to the Columbia Gorge and on the way to Mt. Hood.
