The space
Villa La Concha is a truly unique luxury property located in the prestigious Nagüeles area of the Golden Mile. Aptly named, it is set against the dramatic backdrop of the La Concha mountain and resides on a vast 3235m² plot. This exclusive 5-bedroom, 6+1-bathroom estate is designed for comfort, featuring a tranquil neutral interior, uplifting sea views, and crucial wheelchair-friendly accessibility throughout, making it perfect for multi-generational groups.

The ground floor features a smart, open-plan layout connecting the main lounge and dining area to a high-quality kitchen with a breakfast bar. The five en-suite bedrooms are located on the first floor, guaranteeing privacy and sanctuary for every guest. The floor plan also includes an additional staff/nanny room and an extra study room with a sofa bed, allowing for flexible accommodation arrangements. The bathrooms are luxurious, featuring marble fittings and large bathtubs or showers.
