There are two off street parking spaces in the front of the home exclusively for guest use (a rarity in downtown Fayetteville). House has strong wifi throughout, a new large flatscreen smartTV, DVD player and two family living spaces including two dining tables.

This house is located next to the Fayetteville Fire Station No. 1 . While this fact adds to the safety and security of the residential neighborhood that surrounds this home, there are occasional calls (although surprisingly the firetruck traffic is minimal).

Only two dedicated parking spaces, at front of property.
Please do not park along border of property, which is a shared easement with the neighbors who live behind the house.
