Laetitia offered a nice and quaint home to me and my friends. she was extremely nice when I had mentioned we would have one more she said it would be no problem. the rooms were everything they said they would be and she was extremely kind and walked us through everything. I couldn't think of a better place to stay in Amsterdam. I wish my stay was longer!

Laetitia is a really nice woman, a good housekeeper, the house is very clean and beautiful, also close to public transport, she and her cat brought a lot of happiness, here was the last stop of our Europe trip, it was a really happy ending, my parents also appreciated Laetitia and her family.

Laetitia's place was the perfect end to our two week Europe vacation!! It's comfortable and close to transit which makes it super easy to get around Amsterdam. Laetitia was also a fantastic host, communication with her during and prior to the trip was easy/fast and the breakfast she served was great! We also really enjoyed her cat! Would definitely recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay with Laetitia! She was very attentive, punctual and welcoming and provided a delicious breakfast. The room itself is spacious, full of light, and comfortable, with its own bathroom. Would definitely recommend!

Had some regular messages with Laetitia before the trip and once our plans were known Laetitia was very helpful indeed with travel recommendations to make our journey easier. Welcomed with a lovely smile and tour of the guest rooms. Both rooms are very comfortable and each has their own bathroom/shower. i) The room with the veranda is the bigger of the two and has an original bathroom whereas room ii) has a very handy bathroom conversion unit within it (I stayed in room ii) - I found this bed to be comfy and was asleep within minutes on both nights. Really pleased about that as I do not sleep well away from home. Breakfast is served in own breakfast lounge between the two rooms. T.V. So you can catch up on local news and BBC news. Very nice and relaxed atmosphere. Very clean and nothing was an issue for Laetitia. I plan on staying there again in the future for my trips to Amsterdam. A short 5min walk gets you to the train/metro station and Centraal Station is then only 15mins away (approx). If you are late leaving Centraal and the train/metro are not running (f more 00:30 approx) you can get a night bus back to the local station for that 5min walk home or €17-18 will get you a taxi to the door from Nieuwmarkt.
