Angel was quick to respond to any questions. The bungalow was lovely and clean and just like the pictures. It was our first time in Austin and the folder containing tips on where to eat and drink was really helpful and a nice touch. There was only two of us, so had lots of room as it's spacious but this would be great for a small group too.

Angel was a great host; all details were sent and questions answered promptly. The Atomic Ranch is a fabulous place to stay with lots of space and really stylish mid-century interiors. Angel provided recommendations for dining etc which were really useful. The location is fabulous- 15 minutes from the airport and walking distance to South Congress (SoCo) and the delights of its vintage stores and restaurants.

Had a great time at Angel's ranch: the place had everything we could have wanted, was stylishly decorated, and in a good location for south congress avenue. Angel left an incredible list of recommendations, with map references, and a clear list of instructions for the house. She was hands off, which suited us perfectly. All in all, a great stay in Austin.

Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. It desperately needs to be deep cleaned. The front door area reeks of cat piss. The furniture was in terrible condition , I had to move the coffee table because it was about to fall over. I let my baby crawl on the ground when we first got there and in minutes she had black on her feet and knees. I had to clean the bathroom and floors they were so gross. My poor mom is new to air bnb and was so appalled, she didn't even want to stay! The microwave was faulty. There were stains on the pillow cases, mold in the bathroom, it was just filthy. I could go on and on , definitely my worst air BNB experience.

Great space! Amazing location; patio; stylish kitchen and shared space. We loved it here and I would absolutely stay again if I had the chance!! Angel was also amazing in working with us to be flexible on check-in and check-out which made our trip so much easier!

We stayed here for ACL and this house was perfect for what we needed; not the Ritz but a place to shower and sleep. It's close to everything we love in 78704 and was easy to get to Zilker. The house is thoughtfully decorated but obviously on a budget. It's a mid-century home built in the 60's with minimal updates and older furniture so you should expect a similar feel and level of cleanliness as to a house you'd find college students living. It wasn't terribly dirty but there was some dust and a few areas that are probably just hard to keep clean. There's a nice comfortable mattress in the main bedroom but the owner may want to look at getting a new bed frame as you tend to roll toward the middle as you sleep. Check in and out was a breeze with the keyless entry. There wasn't any noticeable traffic noise from the busy street outside but the neighbor's little yippee dogs might help you wake up earlier than you'd like.

I love sharing my home with friends and strangers alike. I've lived in Austin for 13 years and am happy to point you to spots off the beaten path (Cathedral of Junk) to the sparkling jewels in the middle of the city (Barton Springs). I'm a User-Experience Designer for a Clean Tech/Energy Management start-up. I love the challenge and rewards of conserving in all aspects of life. I enjoy bike riding, brewing and drinking craft beer, gardening, petting my chickens, sewing and DIY projects, seeing live music, traveling, and eating great food. I've only been to 13 countries and 25 states. I most recently spent a few months in Hawaii living off grid on a living farm that is doing reforestation on the Big Island.
