Interaction with guests

I'm a very flexible, laid back, social kind of guy. However, I'm quite busy running my computer business, so there may be times when I'm in and out of the house quite a bit. Whether you prefer to socialize or chat, or keep to yourself, I'll take my cue from you. I am available to answer any question you have on airBnB, in person or through text (telegram in the app store is best) when you are here.

I am around but you may not see me too much. This house has 5 rooms so you will see other guests in the house from Airbnb.

Other things to note

* 20 mins from the heart of whyte ave (a busy walking street in Edmonton).

* I spacifically have fast internet so feel free to bring your laptop, tablet or phone.

First of all, if you are considering trip to Edmonton, please contact to Nicholas. He was very open-minded person like you. I stayed 2nights in Edmonton at Nicholas Air bnb. My situation was quit emergency, so i had to book the place just a week before. However, I could not find the house I could stay, so even his staying condition did not fit, I send him a message for the possibility. I did not exepct at all. But Nick was very considerate and understood my situation sp gave me special offer. And the room was spacious, it was bit cold but there was nicer heater in the room. Do not worry about that at all. He was willingly came to show me the heater at the late night. Appreciated. Also, he gave me a lot of infomation about edmonton not only by Air bnb messege but also through the conversation. You will not regret to stay at Nick's place. I will definitely stay again next time.

Very calm...close to nice restaurants (most of them are on whyte ave, about 5-10 minutes walk), and public transportation...very safe, even when walking at nights...

I stayed 2 months at Nick's place. He is a very pleasant host. Always ready to help. I didn't know anyone at first and Nick invited me to a barbecue with his friends. The room is conform to the description and I had access to the kitchen and the washroom for laundry. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. I recommend this place if you're looking for a nice place to stay in Edmonton.

Great location, close to Whyte. Nicholas was very helpful as well, I was only in Edmonton for the weekend but Nicholas pointed out all the events worth checking out that were going on the next day before I had to leave

Firs of all, I appreciate Nick's a lot of effort and his kindness. It was my first time to use airbnb and I concerned a lot. But the host was so thoughtful person and he prepared a lot for me! (a desk, a lamp...etc.. because I went Edmonton to take an exam!) So I could be comfortable! Thanks Nick! See you again!

Hey, I'm Nick!

As you host here on airbnb and traveler I would like to make sure you have the best possible experience on your stay.

I love to travel and socialize and am always up for love swapping adventure stories. I've come to learn that no matter where someone is from or what their background is, each person has a unique and interesting story of their own.

My hobbies are dragon boat, Brazilian jiu jitsu, running, ultimate frisbee and swing dance.

Currently trying to discover the greatest meatball sandwich ever made and eventually the perfect drink to have with it (because of my time spent in some of the greatest places in san fran)

P.S - Oh yeah, that snake in my picture. Don't worry, he won't be at my place when you come. I left him back in Central America.
