A lovely two-floor one bedroom / one bath 840 square foot private entry condo on the river in the heart of Portland!

While on the couch, enjoy the river view & warmth of the fireplace. You may even catch a glimpse of a sea lion!

I travel quite a bit. I rent AirBnBs and what not...I have integrated all I have heard from my wonderful and diverse friends and colleagues about their preferences for a rental to make you feel comfortable. I sincerely aim for you to enjoy your time on the River Perch.

You have access to the entire condo. I treasure this space and hope you do too.

Other things to note
One pet is warmly welcomed. It is important to note that pet owners / "parents" must pick up after their pet inside and outside of the condo - including doing all that is possible to mitigate any evidence of shedding.

The unit is in the heart of vibrant Portland and on the active Willamette river full of boats, barges and wildlife.
