Nice cosy room in the three-room apartment in the north-west of Yerevan

Guest access

Guests may feel free to use kitchen (fridge, kettle), bathroom and the living room with cable TV (international channels are also available). For reading enthusiasts there are lots of books and magazines. There is also a piano, so you are welcome to play if you wish! Room rates include breakfast: cereal, dairy products, cheese, jam, eggs, tea/ coffee, fruits. There is always coffee and variety of teas available, including herbal - I love to experiment with tea blends and will be happy to treat my guests.

Interaction with guests

I am always happy to help guests when needed - communication, shopping, tips on where to go, what to see, where to eat and drink. Also, I could recommend a professional private guide for your trips in Armenia.

We really enjoyed our stay at Narine's flat. She is a very warm, intelligent and hospitable host. We leave much better educated, well fed and richer for her company. It's large room with a great bed. It is not in a central district but very safe, and simple enough to get taxis back and forth. It's been a great experience and would thoroughly recommend staying with Narine.

Narine is among the best hosts I've had in years of Airbnbing. Imagine a comfortable, quiet hotel where you are the only guests and the manager is an kind, erudite polyglot--discreet but always ready to share tips and insights. Then add perfect blinchiki and delicious tomato omelettes. Enough said. Best in Yerevan, surely.

Thank you, Benjamin for such a warm review. It was really nice having you here. Looking forward to meeting you in London! Thanks for the invitation!

It was really a pleasure to stay at Narine's place! The house is very clean and cosy. Every morning we enjoyed her breakfast with homemade jam. Narine is very hospitable, responsive and she loves sincerely Armenia! She helped us to plan our journey to Gyumri and advised what to see in Erevan. So, we highly recommend Narine's place!

I really enjoyed my stay at Narine's place. Narine is a very lovely woman, very helpful and pleasant to talk to. She helped me to organize transfer from the airport and was meeting me even though my arrival and leaving times were far from convenient and late after midnight. She also cooked best breakfasts for me and helped to find a driver with a car to get around the country to the monasteries, which are must see if you come to Armenia. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay, Narine and I can totally recommend this place to everyone.

Narine's home in Yerevan reminds you of a safe, warm place where you can freely be comfortable. You can feel the love and light that her home is built on. It's pretty much an ideal Armenian home, located close to the city centre with friendly neighbours and a complete supermarket nearby. When you book this room, prepare to be attached to the pancakes with homemade jam Narine will feed you during breakfast. Don't forget to try the coffee too. Also one thing, in the morning when you wake up, look outside the window and say hi to the big rabbit who lives in a cage beside Narine's home.

Narine is an amazing host! She went above and beyond to help us and accommodate us. She is a fantastic cook, and she really helped us out with our delayed luggage! A taxi ride to Yerevan's city center is cheap and easy, but we loved living a bit outside of the city center to get a real taste of local life. Narine will also help you arrange airport pick-ups/drop-offs as well as taxis within the city. I highly recommend staying with Narine!

"When I had journeyed half of our life's way," I realized that I need to change a lot of things in my life, and try to live differently. My background is music history, though by some strange twist of fate I was working for a long time as an interpreter and administrator in international organizations. I love music, movies, books, art. I like travelling and love to have guests. I love cooking, and love to be appreciated for that. I love and appreciate many things in life. I adore my Yerevan and like to show my friends and guests interesting places and tell stories about them...
