Regular dude in college studying real estate and finance. In fact, it's my interest in real estate that made me want to be a host with AirBnB.
Outside of college, I am a landlord with two duplexes. All four of my tenants are happy and I'm happy with them. :D
I just started Airbnb in October 2015 and I hope to have a positive experience with this as I do landlording. I think hotels are a different ballgame, but hopefully I will be able to keep my guests just as happy as my tenants.
Five things I can't live without? The cliche friends, family, etc. My Apple products. My IKEA products. Between those, I think that should cover five things.
I don't really travel, but Vegas was neat.
Favorite book, Outliers. Favorite movie, Pirates of the Caribbean. Favorite show, How I Met Your Mother. Favorite music, country. Favorite food, East/Southeast Asian.
What's my style of traveling and hosting? Hmm... don't really travel much, so no answer there. Haven't really hosted much either, so we'll have to see there too, lol.
And my life motto is if it's not fun, don't do it. Life is too short for regrets.
