Stay in what is essentially an IKEA showroom, but without that certain family in the bathroom. It comfortably fits two on the west side of Fort Worth 20 minutes away from downtown.

The space

Every piece of furniture in this room (including the floor) except for one item and the computer is bought from IKEA. There's even IKEA catalogs dating back to 2010 for your enjoyment.

You're free to use the computer under the guest account.

There's a queen sized bed that comfortably fits two. Oh, and the mattress isn't from IKEA - sorry I lied. So that's two items not including the computer that's not from IKEA.

Bathroom is shared with clean, fresh towels provided daily.

Common areas such as kitchen, dining room and backyard are open for use.

Guest access

Guest will have access to common areas such as the backyard, kitchen or dining room.

Wi-Fi is available upon request. There is an 27" iMac in the bedroom your entertainment.

Use of appliances such as washer and dryer, microwave, toaster is also permitted.

Interaction with guests

You can call me anytime or ask me anything and I'll try my best to help you out. I will also be physically present here and there through your stay.

Additionally, there's also three people currently living in the house including myself.

Other things to note

We use an electronic lock (August), but if you want, a physical key can be provided upon request.

I was in a pinch and found this place last minute. It saved the day for me. The bed in Ikea room was very comfy and I slept great. James' mom was friendly and welcoming.

Great location with lots of parking. Quiet. Cool little room. When I stayed, the mattress was on the floor. Something to keep in mind in case you have a little trouble moving up and down. It's super comfy though! Cool desk and ergonomic office chair in the room. Perfect for getting work done, which means it was perfect for me.

This is an awesome AirBnB! James is super nice and helpful, the room was top notch clean and supplied. Everything was easy, comfortable, and useful. As well the location is just of I-820 so anyone needing a stay in Northwest Fort Worth will find it very accessible.

Very quiet and the bed is very comfortable! Unfortunately didn't get a chance to meet James but everything was on point!

We were welcomed in by Thinh, we did not meet James on our brief trip. The room itself was nice and mostly as expected, thought I don't believe there was a computer. Bed was comfortable. There was a dog staying in the house; we aren't allergic and didn't necessarily feel threatened by it but it did bark loudly when we came in in the evening and again early in the morning when (I assume) someone else was waking up elsewhere in the house. The bathroom was not terrible by any means but left a little to be desired, as far as cleaning/stocking. Might suggest checking it out more than daily since there are a few people staying there regularly.

Great place, quiet neighborhood, a clean room and a soft bed. James is very easy to communicate with even when he's not around.

Regular dude in college studying real estate and finance. In fact, it's my interest in real estate that made me want to be a host with AirBnB.

Outside of college, I am a landlord with two duplexes. All four of my tenants are happy and I'm happy with them. :D

I just started Airbnb in October 2015 and I hope to have a positive experience with this as I do landlording. I think hotels are a different ballgame, but hopefully I will be able to keep my guests just as happy as my tenants.

Five things I can't live without? The cliche friends, family, etc. My Apple products. My IKEA products. Between those, I think that should cover five things.

I don't really travel, but Vegas was neat.

Favorite book, Outliers. Favorite movie, Pirates of the Caribbean. Favorite show, How I Met Your Mother. Favorite music, country. Favorite food, East/Southeast Asian.

What's my style of traveling and hosting? Hmm... don't really travel much, so no answer there. Haven't really hosted much either, so we'll have to see there too, lol.

And my life motto is if it's not fun, don't do it. Life is too short for regrets.
