Nestled in one of the sunniest valleys of Mont Saint-Clair, southwest side, this peaceful villa offers lovely sea views and a large Mediterranean garden. For a refresh in its private pool, a barbecue for summer grilling with friends and family. Its location is excellent the first beaches less than a kilometer away as well as the popular area of the corniche, the heart of town 2 km away, the quality facilities will seduce you. 4-star certification

The space
We will welcome you in a large Languedoc style villa. An independent ground floor plus two upper levels.
On the ground floor are two bedrooms (160 cm bed and two 90 cm beds) a bathroom with toilet, a kitchen, all open to a pleasant covered terrace furnished with pool and garden views.

The first floor and the main level, 2 parental bedrooms with 160cm beds, bathroom, shower room, bathroom , dressing room, large living room extended by a covered terrace equipped for good times with family or friends.
A nice, well-equipped separate kitchen with access to the terrace as well.

On the top floor, a fifth bedroom with a 160 cm bed ( or two 80 cm beds) with bathroom and separate toilet.

All bedrooms in air conditioners.

I was born in Sète where I have always lived. Love sports and tennis in particular, have run a sports goods store in the heart of the city for years. I was very active in the Mas Viel Tennis Club I love my city, sports in general, the sun, the beach.
