The apartment sleeps 4 - 6 people
Hallway Entrance
On entering the apartment you will find a shoe basket and cupboard storage for shoes, and hooks for coats at the entrance of the apartment.
Bedroom 1
The master bedroom has ambient lighting throughout, a superior super king size bed, custom built fitted wardrobe with shelving and hanging space, full length wall mounted mirror, small bedside table, large chest of drawers, and a small wall mounted TV (Freeview channels). The room encompasses a luxury bathroom with views across the estuary and beaches.
Ensuite Bathroom Space
Beautifully lit, contemporary ensuite bathroom space leading directly from the bedroom with plantation shutters and views across the estuary. Includes bath, vanity unit, sink, and WC.
Bedroom 2
This large twin room is equipped with custom built fitted wardrobe with shelving and hanging space, x2 chest of drawers and wall mounted mirror. Plantation-style doors opening to the internal balcony with a small sofa to enjoy the views of the estuary.
Bunk Room
This small cosy bedroom off the living room can sleep 2 children/teenagers. There are x2 small chest of drawers, wall mounted mirror and clothes hooks for hanging clothes.
Shower Room
Stunning walk-in family shower room with sink, WC and heated towel rail.
Kitchen
Open plan kitchen, dining area with table to seat up to 5 people.
Living Space
Two large comfortable sofas with side tables and a coffee table. There is a large wall-mounted Smart TV. This space has bi-fold doors directly onto the large undercover balcony that wraps around the apartment with estuary views.
Inside Balcony Room
Situated between the twin bedroom and the kitchen is a cosy quiet place to take in the views of the estuary while enjoying a coffee or reading your book.
Undercover Balcony
During the warmer season, there is the use of the outdoor dining area (seats 5) as well as a lovely hanging egg seat to relax and enjoy watching daily life on the water across Salcombe estuary.
Sun Terrace
There are steps leading down to the large decked terrace with planters, a comfortable rattan corner sofa, x2 large rattan sun loungers and a storage box for the outdoor cushions.
(Note: Steps down to sun terrace do not have a handrail and can be slippery when wet)
Communal Gardens
Large lawned and landscaped gardens at the waterfront can be used by guests within The Salcombe Apartments
Outdoor Heated Swimming Pool
There is a good-sized adult swimming pool as well as a toddler swimming pool in the well-kept communal gardens at the water's edge,
The pool is open from the end of April to the end of September.

Guest access
Guests also have access to a large communal washing/laundry room on the same floor as the apartment.
They also have access (using the entrance key fob) to enter and exit the communal gardens and swimming pool area.
Other things to note
THINGS TO NOTE:
1. The indoor dining table and outdoor breakfast bar both seat up to 5 guests.
2. We advise no toddlers / children under the age of 8 years due to the open steps down to the terrace and the low wall along the length of the apartment's terrace.
3. The apartment is in a central location in the town centre. The apartment sits conveniently adjacent to the Ferry Steps and next to The Ferry Inn.
Please be aware when you are outside there can be noise heard from the Ferry Inn garden, and also people using the Ferry Steps adjacent to the property.
4. The Ferry Inn have a beer barrel delivery usually Tuesdays at 9.30am. The barrels are stored in a storage room behind the bunk room / shower room which can be quite noisy but it is short-lived.
5. There are communal laundry facilities (2 large washing machines, 2 large tumble dryers) situated along the corridor from the apartment. The cost of a wash is £3.50, or £1 per dryer cycle. Coins are needed to operate these machines.
6. The shared waterside grounds / public area around Salcombe Apartments has a low sea wall of 60cm therefore children under the age of 12 years must be supervised by an adult at all times.
7. The swimming pools are in operation from open 29th April to the end of September. Pool opening hours are 08:00-20:00. Guests are responsible for the safety of themselves and their children and children under the age of 15 years must be supervised in the water. As there is no life guard all guests are asked to sign a waver on arrival.
8. There is no smoking permitted anywhere within the apartment, the outside space or building.
9. No pets allowed.
10. Arrival to the property please ensure you have read and signed :
a. Signed the Swimming pool waiver agreement.
b. Signed the visitors book at reception area.
c. Signed the Car Park usage agreement and displayed your guest parking permit clearly in your car.
11. Car Parking
There is only 1 allocated car parking space for a small / medium sized car for this property. No other vehicles are allowed on site at anytime, all other cars will need to park using the towns public car parks, or street parking.
