Thanks for the comments. The times it took me longer to answer is when you wrote to my personal e-mail address and not the company one or on airbnb. And I don't regularly check my personal e-mail account as I never get anything on there.
The couch has been already replaced. So did the washing machine while you where there.
Also, we've installed a led light that changes the entire light in the apartment, making it a lot brighter.
I really appreciate all your suggestions, as I told you, they have been very helpful in order to improve as you were the first guest staying in this apartment!
