Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

Lovely cottage, close to the coastal path and beaches. Good for getting into Falmouth but far enough out to feel like it’s really rural.
Nice touches in the cottages, good coffee machine and some pods. Alisa left us some scones and jam which were lovely!

Perfectly place for superb coastal walks - we had a great weekend here. As there was no booking before us we were allowed to check in early which made the weekend so much longer which was lovely. Thanks - we hope to be back again.

Amazing well equipped barn. The contents far exceeded our expectations in terms of everything needed for a short break. Access and location were also great.

We had a great few days staying at Keynvor. Perfection location for lots of dog walks along the coast path straight out the door. Lovely accommodation and we would definitely stay again if in this area. Ailsa was super nice and helpful. Thank you.

A lovely location and a really clean, high standard of accommodation too. Homemade scones and cited were a lovely touch on arrival. Would recommend!
