We're glad you enjoyed your stay at Dollar Hill #61, and we apologize for the problems you had upon arrival.
Three weeks prior to your stay, we emailed you arrival instructions, complete with photos, of where and how to pick up keys. On the day of your arrival, we even called you (per your request) to go over the key pick up procedures. I personally spoke with you, and you seemed to understand the information we discussed.
We don't put the unit number on the key tags since anyone could access the condo if the keys were lost; the number on the key tag is our key filing code. We assume you read the information we sent you upon booking, which confirms the unit number you've rented, as well as the information included on and in your Welcome Packet which also gives the unit number.
Had you left a message on our office phone or called the emergency line (a separate phone number which is staffed by an answering service 24 hours a day), we certainly would have called you back.
You were not asked to "clean the entire house," only to take out trash and be sure the place was generally tidy upon departure. Our housekeepers still have to do all the laundry, remake all the beds, sanitize kitchen and bathrooms, clean and vacuum floors, etc. You told us in a private message that you loved the condo's "location and cleanliness" which would seem to indicate that our housekeepers are earning the cleaning fee you've paid.
We hope that you'll visit again in the future, perhaps with a better understanding of our procedures and fees.
