Interaction with guests
I'm available to meet with my guests upon arrival at the Pike Street Entrance (North side of the building) and be glad to offer a tour the building and amenities. After that, I leave you to enjoy your space. I'm always available by phone, text, email, AirBNB communication or smoke signals.
Other things to note
Please let me know if you plan to have your own vehicle during your visit. I include my reserved parking space in the garage for your stay. Street parking and pay parking lots are also available. Street parking is metered (M-F 9am-5pm. First 15 minutes are free) and a space is usually available right in front of the building entrance.
The building has two entrances. The Madison Avenue Entrance (on the East side) and Pike Street Entrance (on the North side of the building). I prefer using the Pike Street entrance on the North side because there it is the closest to my front door. The Madison entrance has the elevator.
Thought this would go without saying but no illegal drugs and no parties. You will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
Visitors of your own are welcomed but please let me know ahead of time out of common courtesy and respect to my home and my neighbors. You maybe on vacation but my neighbors are not. Please keep noise levels in the hallways and inside my space at a reasonable level.
Please place any used towels or robes in the laundry hamper (in the bedroom) before departing.
I love candles! But please blow any candles out when falling asleep or leaving the apartment, even if it is only for a moment. You can always re-light them. That's half the fun! :)
