Located just a few minutes walk from Mauer Park, with its famous Sunday Flea Markets and Karaoke. The neighbourhood itself has a great vibe, with an excellent pizza place and beer garden just across the road, plenty of nice cafes and small, interesting design shops.
The room is bright and airy, but not directly in the sun, so it doesn't get too hot. There is space in the courtyard to secure bikes and the neighbours are all friendly.
Fully furnished with a small fridge, gas oven and washing machine in the kitchen, guests are welcome to use basics like washing powder, olive oil and whatever else happens to be there. There is seating for two in the kitchen and are currently herbs and tomatoes growing on the window box.
The bathroom is very small but fine, there are places to hang towels and such and it has a window!
The bed-living room has two big window, very nice armchairs and a double bed. It's very peaceful, even with the window open as it is at the back of the building. Bed linen and towels are provided.
There is space in the courtyard to secure bikes and the neighbours are all friendly.
