The house is a classic Italian stone house at about 125 sqm fully restored in 2012. The house is spread over three levels and contains 3 bedrooms with total 6 beds (PS! It gets quite hot in the upper bedroom in the summertime). It is white sandstone on all floors and stars, and the interior is a mixed of modern and bright Nordic style, Italian elegance and Asian rustic. The landscape and the view is amazing. The outdoor patio is public, but can bee used.

The space

To Rome:
Take the car to Orte on the highway direction Firenze and park in the parking place behind the railway station. Take the train to Rome Termini – the train takes about 45 min. and goes frequently.

To Florence:
Take the car to Orte and then the train to Florence – the train takes about 2 hours and 45 min..

To Arezzo, Siena, Assisi, Perugia and Lucca:
This is all great cities in Toscana. You can take train to all this cities from Orte

To Civita di Bagnoregio:
This is a wonderful small city situated on a tuff rock (porous stone - solidified lava). To get here you have to have car. The trip here can be combined with a trip to the Lago di Bolsena. You can`t drive into the city, but park next door and goes over a long bridge up to the city. It is about 45 min. from Calvi.

To Orvieto:
The city is on UNESCO`s World Heritage List – also located on a tuff rock. The town is from the Etruscan times (about 800 BC). Take the highway towards Florence and take off to Orvieto. It is about 60 min. from Calvi. The city is beautiful! Here you can park free on a large parking below the railway – located before driving up to the town itself – and take the cable car (takes about 2 min.) up to the city center. You can also park in the city center, but here it is hard to find a free parking (marked with white). The blue area is taxable.
