This home is near the national park.
Stylish 1950’s Seaside Modernist home with light filled rooms overlooking the North Sea. Private wrap around garden. A stones throw from Bridlington beach and cliff top walks to Sewerby Park, Bridlington Harbour, Flamborough Head & Bempton Cliffs. The perfect location to relax and soak up the natural beauty of the Yorkshire Coast.

The space
If you love mid century then this is the place for you. The house is of a unique Architect design, thoughtfully decorated and filled with modern & period furniture.
Accommodation downstairs includes two double bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, toilet & bathroom plus shower.
Upstairs there is a large lounge, a sunroom/studio and a third double bedroom all with stunning views across the bay to Flamborough.

There is off road parking for 2 cars and space for safe bike storage.

The house is heated by radiators throughout with full central heating to each room.

28” flat screen TV, free WiFi and a digital radio are all provided or lose yourself in a library of books from Old Classics to Fashion, Art & Design.

The large garden surrounds the house and is very private.

A short drive to all the local town centre amenities, shops and supermarkets. Turn left out of your front door and enjoy a short 15 minute walk along the beach to the Harbour, fish & chips, amusement arcades and the Spa Theatre. Or turn right and take in the cliff top panoramas of Bridlington’s North beach & sweeping bay, all right on your doorstep.

The whole house is available.
Guests will have sole use of the house during their stay. Check-in between 3pm-9pm. Check out 10am.

There is a minimum stay of two nights in January/February, three nights peak season. Prices from £150 per night.

Other things to note
Check in between 3.00-9.00pm - however email requests for earlier can be arranged if possible.
Towels and linen provided
We do not accept third party bookings. The person making the booking must be present for the entirety of the stay.

Neighbourhood highlights

Walk, bike, swim, wind surf, kayak, fish or just laze in a deck chair.

We are within walking distance to Sewerby Park with its beautiful sheltered wall gardens, cafe, childrens park and small zoo with putting and miniature golf.
Two minutes walk to the North beach, cafes, fish & chips, pubs and crazy golf.
A ten minute stroll along the seafront into town and harbour of Bridlington.
The Historic Old Town is also worth a look, here you can visit The Priory and Bayle Gate Museum and meander down the Georgian High Street that was recently used as the backdrop in the Dads Army Film. Here you will find antiques, art galleries, restaurants and cafes.
Get on your bike.... the house sits a stones throw from the Eastern end of the Wolds Way cycle trail which takes you through Woldgate Woods where you can see David Hockney's trees.
A short drive away from the award winning gardens of Burton Agnes and the Towering chalk cliffs nature reserve at RSPB Bempton home to 250,000 seabirds.
As part of our Heritage coast Flamborough and Thornwick bay are also great days out, here you will find sea caves, fishing trips, and the Lighthouse.
Further afield you may like to visit the quaint fishing towns of Whitby, Staithes and Robin Hoods Bay.
The North Yorkshire Moors are not to be missed where you drink in the breathtaking scenery, the local ale and take a ride on the NYMR Steam train.
Historic York is under an hours drive away.
