Myself and my partner have done our best to make your stay comfortable; we are available by phone OR in person( if need be for emergencies). I have provided linens and complimentary StART UP toiletries/ paper towels. A guest book is provided with locations of local restaurants and convenience stores for last minute needs that are within steps from property. ***Love Family Dollar*** for everything cheap!

CHECK-IN time is after 4 pm P.M. EST and CHECK-OUT time is 11 am A.M. EST. No early check-in or late check-out during summer/fall months. Unit must be vacated by 11am to allow cleaners time to prepare the house for the next guests; they need to use the parking passes in order to come in and clean. Failing to leave the unit by 11 am will result in a $100 late departure fee charged against your deposit.
1.Please notify the agent or owner immediately upon discovering broken items in the house. Failure to do so may incur some liability to the guest.
2.NON-SMOKING UNIT INSIDE UNIT OR YOU WILL PAY TO HAVE SMOKE SMELL REMOVED PROFESSIONALLY. If you smoke OUTSIDE unit do not leave cigar/cigarette butts on grounds or a $50 fee will be assessed.
3.PETS are not permitted in this unit under any conditions. Pets found in the unit is grounds for immediate eviction and charges for deep cleaning of the unit to remove any pet dander.
SECURITY) DEPOSIT: A damage/reservation deposit is required. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:
No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b.All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in trash can located outside of property and soiled dishes are washed and returned to correct kitchen cabinet.
c.Parking passes are left in the unit for the next guests.
5.Loud and unruly behavior that disturbs other people in surrounding homes is unacceptable. Guest acknowledges and agrees as follows: a violation of District of Columbia Noise Ordnance
is grounds for immediate removal without refund if District of Columbia noise levels are exceeded as a result of Guest's activity on the Property.. If the police are called you may be asked to vacate the house immediately for such behavior.
7.Fees deducted from Security Deposit if above items are not performed:
•Above normal cleaning : (unit is left with trash, dirty dishes or more than normal amounts of dirt in showers and floors, beds not made). $25-150 depending on bill charged by cleaning company.
•Late Departure/Early check-in fee: $100(Arriving before or Remaining after specified check out time)
•Returned check fee: $35
•Non-return of Parking Passes: ENTIRE SECURITY DEPOSIT
* Cigar or Cigarette Butts left on Grounds of property -$50
•Damaged furniture: (Beyond normal wear) Cost of Repair/replace of item.
•Rearranged furniture $35
•Lost or missing Remote TV controls $35
•Lost or missing Fireplace Remote control $50
The property must be vacated by 11 AM. Guest agrees to perform the following chores prior to vacating the property:
1.Clean and return all dishes and silverware to the appropriate cabinet or drawer.
2.Empty all food from refrigerator.
3.Remove sheets and pillow cases; make the bed with the provided covers.
4.Empty trash and recycle products from home and place in the trash and recycle cans located outside in front yard.
5.Return furniture to its original placement.
6.Lock all doors and windows.
7.Leave parking passes on the kitchen counter for the next guests.(Place pass on Automobile dash immediately upon arrival to avoid ticketing)
8. Non smoking unit. A cleaning fee of $250 will be assessed if cigar/cigarette/electronic cigarettes smoke is in unit.
**Bed Linens and Towels are cleaned and provided; there is no extra charge, this is included as part of the cleaning fee**
