We had a great stay here - the host's communication is great, the room was spotlessly clean and the location is right in the thick of it in Hanoi's Old Quarter. Note that this is a small hotel, not a traditional Airbnb room and we got a different room to the one pictured but it was a lovely room with a balcony. Complementary tea, coffee and snacks were appreciated and the free breakfast was good - big range of western or vietnamese options to choose from. Many excellent places to eat on the streets around there too. The wifi worked well and we had all the all amenities we needed, hot water etc... The staff were lovely, friendly and always on hand to help with our bags. We'd definitely to choose to stay here again if we need a place in central Hanoi.

The ideal central spot in Hanoi, Julie and her staff could not do enough for you - English was not a problem either. Breakfast was good and you were able to order a variety of omelettes, cooked very well to order. Recommended in every way. Next time in Hanoi we will stay with Julie.

Excellent place to stay, great location in the old quarter, nice spacious rooms, which is rare in the centre of the city! Julie was especially helpful on email before our stay. Only comment would be to flag up that this is not a homestay, but a hotel. Just in case you were looking for a homestay!

Julie and all the staff have been very helpful and professionnal. The rooms are clean, breakfast excellent and they have been very helpful throughout my stay in HANOI. I will be very happy to recommend and go back there myself.

We had a great time here - the rooms were very spacious, spotlessly clean and the shower was huge! The staff were all very friendly and the girl at reception was very helpful in helping us book tours and giving advice. The free breakfast was good and the free water and snacks were greatly appreciated! I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the Julie room for a couple of nights and we found everything so good! They helped/facilitated us in everything to do, they organised 3 different trips for us and each one of them was great and the kindness of Julie's team make our stay unforgettable. The Hostel is in the middle of the old quarter, a perfect location, and the room was clean and very comfortable. We would highly recommend staying here.

We arrived in Hanoi very early in the morning, and Julie arranged a car for us from the airport. We were grateful for the nice breakfast when we arrived, and found the room very comfortable. Julie was concerned to make sure we had the best possible experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this excellent place, which is also very centrally located. Many thanks Julie.
