APOLLO PARK A309 SPECTACULAR VIEW AND NEW YEARS SHOW Open loft unit w/queen bed and two twin beds in the loft plus a sleeper sofa in the living room & one full bath. SLEEP 6. Main level w/ living and dining area, full kitchen & full bath. with gas log fireplace. The living room has a queen size sofa bed. The open loft upstairs has a queen size bed and two twin beds. under the slope of the roof and while there is a closet between two bed areas, there is no complete privacy upstais. THE BEST LOC

The space

Top floor unit with vaulted ceiling overlooking Gore Creek and views of Golden Peak and Vail ski runs. Lovely creekside walk to town of Vail, high speed quad chair lifts, gondola and the best restaurants and bars in Vail Village. 2 full bedrooms (queen, two twins), sleeper sofa and 1 full baths. Full kitchen. Gas log fireplace. Outdoor BBQ. New heated pool. Free private parking for 1 car. Within walking distance of two highspeed quads, and on the Vail shuttle route. Overlooking Gore Creek. The most popular ski weeks of the season. Best Vail bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Free private parking lot on site for one vehicle, Starts Friday Dec 25 to Jan 1 ALL THE APARTMENT HAS BEEN REMODELED

7. Check in time is 4:00 PM on Friday, December 25.

9. The check-in office is located in the basement of Building A. There are signs with arrows that will help them to find the timeshare office.
10. If the office is closed when your renter arrives, there is a lockbox located on the wall just outside the office door. There is a padlock on the lockbox - and the combination on December 25 will be
0-0-9-9. Inside he will find an envelope that is marked A309. Inside that envelope will be keys to Unit A309 and a parking pass.
11. We would prefer to get his credit card information prior to his arrival. 12.Please ask him to call Karen in the Apollo Park office at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) to get everything in order for an easy check-in.
13.There is free parking for one car.
14. We do not have daily housekeeping. Towels are changed and trash is removed on Tuesday.
15. We have a No Smoking and No Pet policy.
16. If he requires additional services, he can talk to Karen in the Vail office to arrange.

Apollo Park is "the best kept secret" in all of Vail! We have it all location is great ~ in the heart of the Vail Village. For it's affordability, comfort, convenience, and management, Apollo Park is the best deal in town. We are not one of the expensive resorts in town, we are a small complex with great views, nice amenities, and all the comforts of home!

Interaction with guests

The units have been clean and always ready for use. The staff are quick to resolve any issues that may arise, but fortunately about the most need we have had is for salt and pepper or a light bulb replacement. The grounds are well manitained and a quick walk 2 blocks to the heart of Vail.

Although there is not a 24 hour front desk, the reality is that the feel is more like one's home than the unnecessary glitz of other places. All that said,on site staff are just a phone call away.
