Modern two bedroom flat in the heart of the West End. Within walking distance of Glasgow University, top tourist attractions and a wide variety bars and cafes. With easy access to public transport this makes it an ideal location for exploring.

The space

Two bedroom flat, each with double bed and wardrobes. Master bedroom has television and an ensuite with shower. Kitchen includes dish washer, washer/dryer, utensils, crockery, pots and pans. The living room is bright and open with small table for dining, large sofa and television.

Guest access

Guests will have full access to the property with no shared amenities. Access to secured car park facility with designated parking space also available.

Interaction with guests

Guests can expect to be introduced to the flat on arrival and if needed we are just a phone call away. Other than that the flat is yours to enjoy!

Please note that we try to make check in as flexible as possible so please contact us as soon as possible to discuss arrival dates/times so that we can arrange a convenient time for both parties. Checkin will normally be 6pm or after Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday checkin times can be more flexible

A real gem of an apartment. It's so close to the west end action but in a little oasis of calm. The sound of the river with the windows open is fantastic. The views from the living room over the Kelvin are superb. The parking is a huge bonus - knowing that you don't have to search for a space is worth a lot! I would recommend this apartment for it's easy proximity to the bars and restaurants of the west end of Glasgow and the style and convenience of having a good sized apartment in a quiet residential development all to yourself!

Our family had a great visit in Glasgow. It was above what we expected. The flat is conveniently near pubs, restaurants, Glasgow University, museums, and a short walk to the Partick Station. It is bright and clean and fully stocked. David was very responsive and made sure we had what we needed (and more). He even called before we left to make sure we were doing well to prepare for our next leg of our journey (walking the West Highland Way to Fort William). Thank you, David, for helping us feel at home in Glasgow! I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

This flat is in an ideal location for anyone visiting Glasgow. Close to a buzzing vibrant selection of cafes, bars and restaurants yet peaceful and secluded. Great for local attractions and beautiful walks in the nearby area but right next to all forms of transport to easily explore the rest of Glasgow! I would recommend this host and flat to anyone, it really does suit everyone and every type of trip!

This is a lovely apartment, spacious, comfortable and clean. The location is fantastic- peaceful with open outlook onto the river yet close to Byres Road and Kelvingrove Park and with great transport links nearby. Dedicated parking was a bonus.

This place exceeded expectations. Really. I'm not prone to hyperbole. We expected a great place in a great location. What we got was a superb place in a superb location! First-and this was a big plus-the space was spotless, beyond clean. Next-well designed-a 2 bd, 2 bath place with a Jacuzzi in the second bath. Maybe even better for us as first time visitors to Glasgow- the main living space had copious wonderful natural light-even on the rainy day on which we arrived. Couldn't have been better. A thoughtful, conscientious host.
