Una & Bertie are great hosts and made me feel very welcome. The accomodation was comfortable and practical. Their location is central to public transport and it's a short walk to St Kilda restaurants and cafes.

Unas place is great! It's in the heart of famous St. Kilda and a stones throw away from the beach. Definitely book this place if you're there for summer, as it can't be beat. The downstairs room is perfect for one or two weary travelers and you'll have your own bathroom- the shower is so warm! Now, the bedroom is on street level so sometimes you can hear the people that stumble past but it's really not a big deal. Other than that though a quality home!

It was a pleasant (EMAIL HIDDEN)fy bed and nice shower were what I asked for after flights and tours. It was perfect. St kilda is a very cute district that I have yet to explore so I will come back again for the sunset. In terms of location, it's very close to skybus station so it's convenient to commute to airport. It is close to tram station where I took it to CBD.

Uni and Bertie were fantastic hosts, they were incredibly accomodating with check in and check out times. When we met them they were chatty and friendly and gave us some great advice on what to do in the nearby area. The room is lovely and the en suite is enormous and a great bonus to have. Lovely location in St Kilda too, very close to a tram line which leads straight in to the city, and incredibly near to the beach.

We were warmly welcomed by Una who shared a great deal about nearby restaurants and penguin viewing @ the pier (a sweet surprise for us as we didn't know about that!). The room is as pictured and the bed was really comfortable. However, not sure if it was because of the Easter weekend when we were there, but there will be noisy groups of people walking down the street at the wee hours of the morning hence disturbing our rest. Other than this small issue, we enjoyed our stay at Una's and the convenience to the tram and nearby eateries.

Una User ProfileUna is a superhost.

My name is Una (sounds like tuna without the "T") and my husbands name is Bertie. We have lived and worked in Melbourne for the past 7 years. Sports and fitness is our passion whether it be hockey, half marathons, triathlons, touch footy, swimming, surfing, windsurfing and snow boarding. Ireland and England are the homelands yet we have spent a couple of years travelling before settling in Melbourne. We are always on the hunt for a new person to meet or a different experience. We work hard during the week and enjoy everything St Kilda has to offer at the weekend!
