This building use to be an all girl's school back in the day. Charming entrance welcomes you in this beautiful space. The courtyard in the back of the building is also beautiful over which you have view from my apartment. If you like wine, cheese and/ or beer and if you ever need healthy and tasty sandwich/ salad type of food, you should try Tria- across the street from me. The best thing that could have happened to me :) it's literally my second home ! Hope you enjoy it:)

Description

The space

It's a medium sized studio with a small balcony on the back. Full bathroom with shower. There is a queen size bed.

Guest access

I'll provide clean sheets and make sure you are comfortable during your stay. But no towels, sorry! Please bring yours.

Interaction with guests

I'll be at home, greeting you and giving you the keys. I'll tell you about the places nearby you can visit and restaurants and bars you can go to.

The neighbourhood

My apartment is in the heart of Gayborhood- Philadelphia's most quintessential and vibrant neighborhood. It's in the heart of center city and of all the best restaurants and bars. Walking distance to everywhere. and most importantly only 10 minutes away from the Benjamin Franklin Parkway where you will find the Pope.
Across the street there is your favorite bar: Tria. Right next to that is Toast where you can grab your morning coffee and breakfast. You're also 15-20 mins walking distance from the museum district (Arts Museum in front of which the Pope will appear). 15 mins from the Old City, 10 mins from Italian Market. All Walking Distance. You can also rent an INDEGO Bike and bike around the city. It's safe since there are bike lanes.
Seriously, this neighborhood is no.1 in philly- if you like action and city life. :) But, you still get to have quiet time because my house is situated on a very residential street.

Getting around

subway is around the corner. But it's so walkable you won't probably need it.
