Enjoy the house keep it tidy like your own home. Please keep all Room tidy before leaving too.

Please wash all kitchen utensils, plates and cups every time using them. Empty and switch off dishwasher and washing machine after use.

Please turn main switches on in the laundry cubicles when arrive and switched off before leaving. Hot water and floor heating panel is in the broom closet, please press the control button at the bottom into 'cont' until both of the green light turned on.

I appreciate it you will switch off all light, hot water and heating before leaving.

Please deliver all rubbish to the building recycle room in the lower ground two levels below the apartment as you enter the private car park. It's on the left behind a swing door. Please take stairs to go down next to the apartment unit. You will need To take house door fob to renter the building.

Please make sure you are taking all your belongings and foods when leaving the house.
Your effort in cleaning and tidying the house before leaving will be amazing.

Your accompanied toddlers/babies will be in clean baby nappies at all time while in the house.

These are the house Strictly rules:
2.NO PORK (please do not bring and consume any pig products in the house, thanks a million)
3. NO PARTYING in the house or in the communal areas

Car parking:
You may find free parking spots along Claypond avenue or a walk in paying parking provided by building management. Please make enquiry at the reception on the availability.

Key collection and return:
Keys can be collected and returned from concierge between 8 am and 6pm only.
There will be fees to be paid to the person who deliver or collect the keys if outside those hours.

Very good communication - Ali responded quickly to any correspondence. Good location, remarkably quiet considering right next to the M4. The building itself is lovely and Adam, who met us - was helpful and covered off all the info we needed. Theres a Sainsburys local very close by and a terrific little Cafe just around the corner that served a fabulous breakfast (although closed on a Sunday) its called The Corner Cafe. This is on the way to Brentford station, just a five minute walk from the apartment.
