The space
The property is in Hertfordshire not Norfolk. It is not near a beach.
It comprises hallway with a door leading to the ground floor area comprising a living area with double sofa bed / kitchen / diner, double bedroom and shower room.
From the hallway, you can also take the stairs to the first floor area comprising a living area with double sofa bed / kitchen / diner, double bedroom and shower room.
Only people who are part of the reservation to be on the property - no extras!

Guest access
Guests will have access to the patio & garden around the house & the swimming pool area.
Please note that the garden / swimming pool & hot tub are not fully enclosed so pets and young children will need supervising when outside - there are various tie up points for pets around the building.

Other things to note
The garden is home to a wide variety of wild birds including a breeding pair of tawny owls.
It is not uncommon for deer to venture into the garden.
During the summer months, a variety of fruit and vegetables can be picked especially strawberries and figs.
There are Ordnance Survey maps of the local area so that you can explore the beautiful countryside on your doorstep.
Please note that the property is in Cromer, Hertfordshire, not the seaside town of Cromer, Norfolk.
