To relax : a wonderful massage-armchair and a nice room, behind the kitchen, with a hamac chair.
The flat is situated at Lyon Charpennes (2 metro lines, one arrives downtown after 2 stops!), a tramway-stop is 200 m away from my building. 5 minutes away walking to DOUA University and 15 minutes away, walking through le Parc de la Tête d'Or to go to La Cité International, a congres Center.
To go running or just to have a look, the great "Parc de la Tête d'Or" is 6 minutes away walking.
In the neighbourhood , you will find shops (one organic 300m), 2 supermarkets and pharmacy, ...
800 m from a nice area called "les Brotteaux" with good restaurants, bars and disco.
