A meticulously maintained Mallorcan-style house located in Selva, in the heart of the island of Mallorca, at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana. It features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a TV room; with heating, air conditioning on the upper floor, and accommodation for up to 10 guests. The property includes a porch, a spacious terrace, and a private pool. It is situated in the center of the village and offers stunning views.

The space
The house is located in Selva, a small village near the Serra de Tramuntana – an ideal spot for those who enjoy hiking, excursions, cycling, and all kinds of mountain and outdoor activities. The beaches of Alcudia and Pollensa are about 20 minutes away via the highway. Selva is a place where many travelers choose to spend their holidays thanks to its peaceful atmosphere and unique charm.

The Balearic Government has established a tourist tax consisting of a fee per person (aged 16 and over) and per day of stay. This fee is €2 per person per day.
The guest must pay this tax upon arrival at the house to the owner or the person in charge, who will then transfer it to the Balearic Government.
This tax is not included in the price and is charged separately.

From June 15th to September 15th, we give priority to stays from Saturday to Saturday (7, 15, or 21 days).

The use of air conditioning is included in the rate, provided that it is used responsibly and reasonably. Otherwise, it will be charged separately.
