This well-located apartment is just 5 minutes' walk from Kettenbrückengasse (U4) and Neubaugasse (U3) Underground Stations, the Naschmarkt and Mariahilfer Straße. The private bedroom can accommodate up to three guests and faces the quiet inner courtyard. All beds are located two metres above the floor and have a ladder to access them.

The space
Being a typical old Viennese building (Altbau), the apartment high ceilings at 3 meters offer lots of natural light to enter the living area. The space is furnished with pieces from our family's travels around the world. The bedroom to which guests have access to faces the inner courtyard and is on the opposite side of the living area; it is therefore very quiet.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to a quiet private bedroom that faces the inner courtyard and is separate from the living area by the receiver. Bathroom and toilet are separate rooms. The bathroom, toilet, kitchen and living room are shared with me. There only dresser is in your room, where I will restrict my access while your stay to give you privacy.

Other things to note
Our house is filled with art from around the world, each piece with its own particular history. During your stay you will be able to enjoy an authentic Viennese experience: I will be more than happy to give you tips about the places that do not appear in tourist guides and share my common places and stories with each other!
